Triangulate the delivery of our School Mission Statement, School Values and Catholic Social Teaching to deepen pupils’ understanding so that they can make clear links with how they should live their lives.
Further embed the new RECD in EYFS and introduce the new RECD in KS1 to ensure strong curriculum coverage and delivery continues.
Prepare KS2 teachers for the teaching of the new RECD for 2025.
Further embed the new Prayer and Liturgy Directory across the school.
Further develop adaptive teaching strategies to improve outcomes, particularly for identified groups of pupils.
Ensure that the teaching of spelling across KS2 is systematic and consistent leading to improved outcomes.
Raise the profile of oracy across the school and develop an oracy culture.
Implement further opportunities for key curricular knowledge to be recalled and connected to current learning to embed in pupils’ long-term memory.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Review the Zones of Regulation to ensure that its implementation is consistently equipping all pupils with additional needs to self-regulate and manage their emotions to support them with their learning.
Maintain the school’s high expectations for pupil behaviour and conduct.
Improve pupils’ enjoyment of play and develop the school environment to better enable play for all through the OPAL provision.
Further develop pupils’ personal growth by providing opportunities that foster resilience and independence.
Implement the Caritas Ambassadors programme for Year 5 pupils.
EFFECTIVENESS OF EARLY YEARS
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Raise attainment and progress in Literacy by the end of EYFS to 80% overall.
EYFS staff to continue to maintain a highly stimulating environment to enable effective opportunities for communication and language development for all pupils.
Further strengthen the provision of teaching and learning support through the development of a toolkit for teaching and learning staff to implement.
Ensure subject leaders’ monitoring of curriculum delivery leads to improved recall of key knowledge in pupils’ long-term memory.
Develop a robust and effective assessment system and process for foundation subjects which also takes into account teacher workload.
Continue to ensure that leaders and governors, monitor and evaluate the provision for the Catholic Life, Religious Education and Collective Worship of the school.
Further extend the collaborative working with our parish through joint projects (CST) and our pupil ministries.
