St Swithun Wells is a Primary School with a full-time Nursery, currently offering spaces for 30 children.
Children attending our Nursery are entitled to their daily free allocation of 3 hours, which covers the morning session. Families may then choose to use their entitlement for the 30 free hours scheme or pay for additional afternoon hours at a rate of £5.80 per hour.
Parents have the flexibility to choose which days of the week their child attends for the extended hours — it is not compulsory to book all five days.
All children must attend every morning, but parents can select which full days they would like their child to stay for the extended session. To support effective staffing, these chosen days must be confirmed and maintained for the full term.
Full Day: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Morning Session Only (15 free hours): 8:30am – 11:30am
Drop-off and Collection:
Morning drop-off: 8:30am – 8:40am
Afternoon collection: 3:15pm – 3:30pm
Our Nursery provides the 30 hours of free childcare for eligible families.
For those not eligible, additional hours may be purchased at £5.80 per hour.
