If it has not been possible to offer your child a place at our school, you have the right, by law, to appeal to an independent appeal panel.
The deadline for submitting Reception appeals documentation is 15th May 2025.
Parents have 20 school days form the date of notification that their application was unsuccessful to lodge a written appeal and 10 school days notice will be given of the appeal hearing. Appeals will be heard within 40 school days of the submissions of the appeal (30 school days in the case of late or in-hear applications)
In-Year Appeals can be submitted once in any academic year.
We will ensure that decision letters are sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible.
