The Friends of SSW are an established team of parents who work tirelessly to support our school through fundraising and generally contributing to raising the profile of our school in the community. They are extremely committed and organise events for our children and parents which are fun, exciting and always well attended.
Key dates for the year ahead:
• Christmas Wreath Making for parents- Friday 28th Nov 6.30pm-8.30pm
• Christmas Fayre – Friday 5th December 3.15pm-6pm
• Valentine’s Disco for children- Friday 13th February 6-8pm
• Mother’s Day Secret Room for children- Friday 13th March (set up during the day)
• Race Night for parents- Friday 20th March 7pm-10pm
• Father’s Day for parents- Friday 19th June
• School Community After School picnic – Friday 24th April (Nursery & Reception)
• School Community After School picnic- Friday 15th May (Year 5 & 6 and Colour Run to be organised)
• School Community After School picnic- Friday 5th June (Year 3 & 4)
• School Community After School picnic- Friday 10th July (Year 1 & 2)
• Summer Fayre (SSW Fest)- Saturday 27th June 1-4pm
